1.3 Special and/or sensative personal information that HSO processes

Our website and or service does not have the intention to collect information of website visitors that are younger than 16. Unless they have permission from a parent or a guardian. However, HSO cannot verify if a website visitor is older than 16. Therefore we recommend parents to be involved with the online activities of their children to prevent that information of children will be collected without parental consent. Furthermore, our website and or service does note have the intention to collect information of ethnicity and/or spirituality and/or sexual orientation or any other special or sensitive information with the exception of statutory HR processes. If you are convinced that HSO collected personal information of a minor or any other previously mentioned special/sensitive information without the needed consent, please contact us through info-nl@hso.com and we will delete that information.

HSO processes your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:

  • Being able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services;

  • To be able to make use of our services, events and/or webinars;

HSO does not use automated decision-making to make decisions about subjects that can have a significant impact on individuals. HSO does not store your information any longer than needed with a maximum duration of 4 years, after which the information will be deleted. This duration statement may be overruled if any law or regulation requires HSO to store the information for a longer period of time.
